New GIS Steering Committee Website
The website for the Nebraska GIS Steering Committee has recently received a long overdue revision and moved to a new server maintained by the Office of the CIO. Many thanks for the UNL School of Natural Resources/Conservation and Survey Division for hosting the previous website for many years. As with all new websites, feedback is needed and appreciated. 2006 Nebraska NAIP Imagery Available
We have recently completed acquisition and reprojection of the 2006, statewide, 1-meter, color, orthoimagery from the USDA Farm Services Agency, NAIP program. Both the MrSID compressed, county-wide files and the JPEG quarter quad files are now available through the Nebraska Geospatial Data Center website maintained by the Nebraska Department of Natural Resources. Thanks to all the partners who helped to make this imagery available.
